The flow (at a glance)

1. You brief us — dates (or window), guests (adults/children), budget per person, must-see parks, vibe.
2. We reply in 24 hours — two priced options: Value and Upgrade (same route, different lodge tier).
3. You pick one — we place 72-hour supplier holds on rooms + vehicle so you don’t lose space.
4. 30% deposit confirms — balance due 45–60 days before arrival.
5. We operate — sunrise starts, radio-linked comms, kind guides, AMREF on standby.

“Proposal in 24h”

• You’ll get: route overview, day-by-day, clear inclusions/exclusions, and pricing in your preferred format (All-in or Split, see below).
• If your brief is missing details, we’ll send a Provisional Plan in 24h and confirm the last bits fast.

“72-hour holds”

• When you say “go,” we hold rooms + vehicle for 72 hours.
• No payment yet; it just buys decision time.
• Holds are supplier-controlled and may not extend in peak weeks. A 30% deposit converts the hold to a firm booking.
