We price safaris in a way that's transparent, competitive, and profitable for both of us.
Capacity
- Our Land Rover (Defender Sig Rover)
- Multi-day or day trips with airport transfers:
- We host 1–2 adults, 2 adults + 1 child, 1 adult + 2 children, or 1 adult + 1 child.
- This keeps comfort, luggage space, and sunrise timing perfect.
- Rented 6-seater Land Cruiser
- Multi-day trips or day trips with airport transfers:
- We host 3+ adults (up to 12 guests).
- We use a rented 6-seater Land Cruiser from a vetted partner for the entire trip (same safety standards, pop-top roof, seatbelts, vehicle amenities).
How Pricing Works
We provide NET rates to travel advisors. This means:
- You receive our buy price (our costs + our margin + current government fees)
- You set your own retail price to your clients
- You keep 100% of your markup — that's your earnings
- We never undercut you or sell direct to consumers at these rates
Industry standard agent markup: 15–30%
